PRICES 2012

Our prices include :
- The apartment of your choice and  access to our free facilities
- Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases changed once a week for stays of more than one week), except for crib linens
- Bath linen (changed once a week for stays of more than one week)
- End-of-stay cleaning except kitchen corner (the apartment must be returned with dishes washed and put away, dustbins emptied)
- Water and electricity (except for monthly rentals)
- Television

2012 rates for supplemental services :
- Free baby crib and high chair (on request and upon availabilities)
- Additional bath linen kit : €10/ kit
- Additional bed linen kit : €15 / kit
- Laundry service

- Additional bed : €12 / night and €70 / week (advised for a chid under 12 years old)
- Pet supplement (cat and dog of maximum 10kg: Forbiden access to the swimming pool) : €8/ night and €45 / week
- Supplemental parking space : €8 / night, €45 / week
- Bakery service (reservation before 5 p.m. the day before) : Check for prices on site
- Snack bar at disposal : Check for prices on site
- Kitchen corner and dishes cleaning :
€15 / studio / day
€20 / 4-persons 2 rooms / day

Our supplemental hotel service includes :
- Bath linens and products changed daily
- Beds made upon arrival
- Change of bed linens every 3 days
- Daily cleaning except kitchen corner (the apartment must be returned with washed dishes and put away, dustbins emptied.

Rates for supplemental hotel services :
- €30 / studio / day
- €40 / 4-persons 2 rooms / day

Rates for catering :
- Continental breakfast : €6 / day / person

Compulsory charges :
- Visitors’ taxes (€0.39/day/person over age10 and €0.20 for children between 4 and 10 years old) from 01/04 till 31/10 (except in case of change by city council)
- €300 security deposit by cash or credit card print, returned after check of the premises.
