Our hotel service includes
For a weekly stay :
- The apartment
- Access to our facilities
- Bed, bath linens and kitchen dish cloth
- Beds made upon arrival
- A half week cleaning except kitchen corner linens changed
- End-of-stay cleaning kitchen corner included (the apartment must be returned with washed dishes and dustbins emptied and put away on the balcony)
- Water and electricity (except for monthly rentals)
- Television.

For a nightly stay :
- The apartment
- Access to our facilities
- Bed, bath linens and kitchen dish cloth
- Beds made upon arrival
- Daily cleaning except kitchen corner
- Linens changed every 3 days
- End-of-stay cleaning kitchen corner included (the apartment must be returned with washed dishes and dustbins emptied and put away on the balcony)
- Water and electricity (except for monthly rentals)
- Television.

Rates for supplemental services :
- Baby crib and high chair : €20 / night
- Pressing, fax, baby sitting services (on request upon availabilities)
- Additional bed : €35
- Pet supplement (cat and dog of maximum 10kg: Forbiden access to the swimming pool) : €15 / night
- Additional cleaning (except kitchen corner and dishes, linens not changed) :
        €40 / studio and superior studio / day
        €80 / communicating studio and 4-persons 2 rooms / day
        €120 / 6-persons 3 rooms / day
- Kitchen corner and dishes cleaning (dustbin included) :
        €20 / studio and superior studio / day
        €40 / communicating studio and 4-persons 2 rooms / day
        €60 / 6-persons 3 rooms / day
- Bakery service (reservation before 5 p.m. the day before) : Check for prices on site

2009 Rates for catering services :
- Adult buffet breakfast : €20 / day / person
- Child buffet breakfast (from 2 to 10 years old) : €10 / day / child

Compulsory charges :
-  Visitors’ taxes : €1/day/person over 13 years old (except in case of change by the city council
-  Deposit : Identity card and credit card print.
