Our prices include :
- The rental of an apartment
- Access to our facilities
- Bed, bath linens and kitchen dish cloth changed once a week for stays of more than one week (except crib linens)
- End-of-stay cleaning except kitchen corner (the apartment must be returned with washed dishes and put away, dustbins emptied)
- Water and electricity (except for monthly rentals)
- Television

2010 rates for supplemental services :
- Free baby crib and high chair (on request upon availabilities).
- Additional bath linen kit : €8 / kit
- Additional bed linen kit : €12 / kit
- Laundry service : €5 washing, €4 drying
- Additional bed : €12 / night and €70 / week
- Pet supplement (cat and dog of maximum 10kg: Forbiden access to the swimming pool) : €7 / night and €36 / week
- Supplemental parking space : €6 / night, €40 / week
- Bakery service (reservation before 5 p.m. the day before) : Check for prices on site
- Swimming pool view : €10 / night, €62 / week
- Kitchen corner and dishes cleaning :
€15 / 2-persons studio and 4-persons studio cabin / day
€20 / 4-persons 2 rooms / day
€30 / 6-persons 2 rooms cabin and 6-persons 3 rooms / day
€40 / 8-persons 3 rooms cabin and 8-persons 4 rooms / day

Our supplemental hotel service includes :
- Bath linens and products changed daily
- Beds made upon arrival
- Change of bed linens every 3 days
- Daily cleaning except kitchen corner (the apartment must be returned with washed dishes and put away, dustbins emptied)

- €30 / 2-persons studio and 4-persons studio cabin / day
- €40 / 4-persons 2 rooms / day
- €45 / 6-persons 2 rooms cabin / day
- €60 / 6-persons 3 rooms / day
- €70 / 8-persons 3 rooms cabin and 8-persons 4 rooms / day

Rates for catering :
- Adult continental breakfast : €10 / day / person
- Child continental breakfast (from 2 to 10 years old) : €5 / day / child

Compulsory charges :
- Visitors’ taxes  (€1.10/day/person over 13 years old, except in case of change by the city council).
- €300 security deposit by credit card or cash (returned after check of the premises)
